Hi All,
I am not sure that my question belongs to this forum, but I'll give it a shot.
I've heard from more than one person than there is a way
to call a url from the current page, somehow obtain the data
which the url sends back upon execution and display
this data on the page without the browser refreshing the page. I do know a trick how to do such a thing using a hidden frame in my current page. I was told though that there is some technique available in IE only, which allows to do this without hidden frames just using Javascript, XML,
HTML and whatever else. The very same people told me that
there is a description of this technique in MSFT's knowledgebase. They somehow failed to direct me to where this information sits. That's why I am posting this thread in hope that may be some of you know what this is and can
point me in the right direction.
Thank you very much !
Henry M.
