I have a sales report with totals by invoice.
In the column adjacent to each total I have a formula field "@ dollar range" which is populated with "< 1K", "1K - 10K", or "> 10K" depending on the invoice total.
How do I get a count for each of the 3 categories?
Hope to hear from you "Tek-ies" soon. Thank You for your help.

Paste in the text for @dollar range, it will probably be easy to modify that to do the count as well. Malcolm

JonBartels: Build yourself some Running Totals - these will enable you to accumulate the invoice value BUT only evaluate (increment) the amount if the result of a formula is true e.g. {@dollar range}="<1K" etc. David C. Monks
