How to get Client Computer Name and username that is logged-on?

I'am having problem in getting the Client's computer name and username when my website is published into the server.
I have searched and find solution but all the given solution only gets the Computer name of the Server's.

I have created a website with vb.net code behind.

Thank you in advance.
