How to get Caller ID to display before picking up handset

CICS 6.1. All lines appear and ring, but Caller ID only displays when handset lifted or pressing F811. Can't it be displayed automtically on a ringing phone. Do I have set up a CCR or other type of group?

It has to be programmed under T&S.

Thank you so much for the immediate reply. Could you provide more detail I have read the installer manual and the system coordinator manual and did all the rest of the basic programming without any problem, but that term "T&S" is unknown to me.

Terminals and Sets..its a heading in your system programming

Ounce your under terminals and sets go to sub heading telco features. choose what you want to be displayed first then make sure caller id set is set to "Y"

Thank you all for the quick and effective help. There are several Telco feature settings. This is the sequence that addressed the problem and worked. It is as follows:
Terminals and Sets ->Show
Show set: -- ->List
21: Name of set ->Show
Line Access -> Next(5 times)
Telco features ->Show
Feature Assign ->Show
Show Line:-- ->List
Line 001: Name of line ->Show
Caller ID set:N -> Change to Y
-> Heading x3
Copy to other phones
