I have a report where some of the fields have a "jump to report" set with parameters of where the user clicked. When the user gets to the second report - if they use the browser's BACK button it takes for EVER to reload the report. If instead they use links at the top (next to home - the directory the report is in) it reloads immediatly.

so my question is - is there a better way to get them back to the previous report?

sql2005

thanks in advance

you could use a textbox in the sub report header with a jump to report set to get back to the previous report - this would depend on having all the required parameters available to provide to the parent report.

ah - this is related to a problem with dates in the report - check out MS problem 942662

Don't know if this will help, but take a look at "SQL Jump To Report Not Working" in the Visual Basic(Microsoft)-VB.NET/VB2005 forum.
