How to get back GL historical data

Hello everyone,

I am trying to run a Trial Balance report for Fiscal year 2009, but there is no data for 2009, checked the GL options and found out that we set KEPP # of YEARS OF FISCAL SETS to 1. So my question is how we can reload our data of 2009 back?

Restore from backup, or hit the OhSh!t button.

Hi Everyone,

Is there any other way to get our 2009 data back except restore backup? such as change some configuration somewhere on Accpac?

No, deleted is deleted. But, you can restore the backup to a temp database, then copy over '09 GLAFS and GLPOST records. Then update GL01.YRLSTACTL.
