How to get again the data los ?

I have the important data in NT Server 4.0, but yesterday accidential the data is deleted.
I counfused ..
How to get the data again ?
Like in windows 95/98 in Recycle bin there are Restore Menu
Where in the Windows NT. Server ?

Please help me .... friends

If you deleted the data across the network, then only way to recover is from Backup.

Have you tried any 'third-party' solutions? There is one that I have seen an ad for recently, but am not familiar with it in any way. It is made by Executive Software (the same company that makes Diskeeper). Here is the URL:
