How to get AA to answer line

I'm sure this is a simple question for most of you out there but I'm stumped. I just added a Flash 2 to our 616 DR5 DS and cant get the AA to answer an incoming line. All three incoming lines are defaulting to a particular extension's mailbox when the line isn't answered. I've setup the greeting tables, messages, ccr tree, mailboxes. I've set the AA line data to answer after 1 ring on all lines and still no go. I know the CCR tree good becuase it will default back into the main menu if I delete that extension's mailbox. The funny thing is that extension isn't even the prime ext for any line. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for you help!

if all is properly prigrammed all you have to do is go to the AA assing the lines to be a answered to in a table add the greating you are using, the assign the CCR tree to the table ant that should work unless the # of rings that you have a on the table is greater than the number of rings on the sets the lines ring on.

Feature 982, enter password, make sure answer lines is set to yes.
