I am new to adobe premier, and I am trying to create a movie that fades music and images with some voice narration behind it. I have a 20 second sample that I worked on and I cannot get it to export below 200-300 meg. I have tried quicktime and avi file types. I thing that there has to be a way to get a smaller file size. Can someone help me?

What picture size are you exporting & frame rate?
Are you compressing the output?
