How to get a Full Screen MPEG-1 Video 1

I know it is possible to program MPEG-1 Video to be presented on the screen (Played Full Screen) but I can not for the life of me figure out how it is done. Can someone PLEEEZE help me with this programming, I will forever be in your debt!!
