I've made a simple database for patient exams in my clinic. Each form has over 100 entries per exam date. I'd like to be able to print all the exam entries for a given date. I've exhausted all the books on Access without much help. Seems like everytime I make a report, it prints a table of all the visits. Anyway I can just print the forms themself? Is there anyway to take the data out of the table format? Any help much appreciated.

Hi 
I think u r missing the option of Columnar Report. While creating a report choose Columnar Instead of Tabular and it will create a form like report. Although u might need to format the report alot in the start and also page break after record in order to get one record per page. I hope I have correctly understood ur problem
