How to gather all the reports from CMC

We are currently using CE10 and we have plenty of reports on CMC [in different folders, ofcourse]. We want a copy of all those reports copied onto some temporary folder on a hard drive [another server or same server, but on Harddrive]. Is there any option in Crystal Enterprise to get all the reports?

If you are in CE10 you should be able to copy the input folder that holds all the crystal rpts. The output folder should hold all the instances. Be careful and back up.

Thanks Satinsilhouette. I was trying that,but Problem is all the reports will be copied with internal names [something like 1234abc567.rpt]. It's of no use as i have to open each report and find out what that is and rename them. If i am copying 20-40 reports like that..that cannot be the option.

I was hoping there would be another way of doing that.

Anymore ideas?

Hi,
The better way, which may not be possible in your case, is to have the original source report files saved somewhere.

The only other way, if that is not possible, is to use the CR Designer and open each report from the Enterprise and use the 'Save As' option to save a copy somewhere ...
