Hi all,

I want to program my SL-1000, with abilty to forward incoming calls to a group of extension after 3 or 4 rings if there is no answer.
I have the pbx programmed that all will go to extension 200 and if the phone rings after 3 or 4 times, it will start ring on ext 201 to 206 at the same time.
How can I set this up, currently extension 200 rings 12 times.
Can anybody give me the steps.

Also ext 204 is single line phone with a build in answering machine, when it rings along with the other phones, it is suppose to record a message from the caller.
Do I have to program something for this to work?

Thank you in advance

A.) In 22-02 set the trunks to Normal (this is the default)
B.) In 22-05 assign the trunks to group 1 (this is the default)
C.) In 22-08 assign the trunks to group 2
D.) In 22-01-04 assign the number of seconds you want to ring ext 200 before it overflows to the other extensions (0 by default meaning no overflow will occur)
E.) In 22-04 assign ext 200 to group 1 (Matches step B)
F.) In 22-04 assign the delated ringing extensions to group 2 (Matches step B): ext 201, 206, 204--with the answering machine set on a delayed answer-- and 200 if you want it to still ring with the overflow

It will ring ext 200 for the number of seconds set in 22-01-04
Then it will overflow to all the extensions in group 2 and ring until the answering machine attached to 204 answers the call
