Hello,

What I need to do here to be able to forward my phone to my cell. IF someone calls my work phone and I am not there i do not want it to go to voicemail but call forward to my cell phone automatically with out using the farward button. Is this possible to do? I just want my phone ext always to call to ring my cell if after 4 rings my work phone does not pickup. Any help would be greatly appreciately.

Thank You,

Paul Tudor

change your Options in your CDB to CFF (if it's currently set to CFO). make sure your phone has CFXA in the CLS. You will probably also need to change your NCOS to whatever NCOS is needed to dial the area code of your cell phone. Then enter your cell # in the FDN prompt on your TN (including whatever digit you use to dial out, usually a 9).

Sounds good but how do you change the CDB to make it CFF?

Thanks,

PTALLY
