I want to forward a voicemail from my phone to another 4 digit extension at another location. Is it possible? If so, how can I do it?

How to forward voicemail to other phone extensions?

Short answer, Yes.
Of course I am assuming you have a system and voicemail that are capable of this. As you have not provided such I have chosen to assume you have a 3300 with an external voicemail capable of either unified messaging or VPIM.
System Type? (Both ends)
Voicemail Type? (Both Ends)
Voicemail Options? (Both ends)
Are the sites networked via WAN?
Garbage in Garbage out.
