I've got this working but I'm curious if this is the best way of accomplishing my goal. Also, this may help others with the same needs.
Scenario
"The Boss"(Boss) has a phone with an extension 101 at his desk.
"The Secretary"(Jim) has an phone with a different extension 201 at his desk.
Jim takes ALL of the Boss's calls and if Jim does not answer then the message goes to Jim's Voicemail.
If Jim takes a call and determines that the caller needs to speak to the Boss he then transfer's the call to the Boss.
Setup
Boss 101 extension has Forward Unconditional turned on. Forwards to Jim 201. Voicemail is enabled on 101.
Then in Vmail Pro - go to Specific Start Points > Users > The Boss 101 -- Right Click Add Start Point > Leave
For the new start point add a "Leave Mail" item and connect to the start point. Set the Specific > Mailbox > 201 (Note: Just the extension number, don't follow it with the username)
This is currently working for us so that all of the Boss's calls go to the Secretary and if unanswered they go to the secretary's VM for screening. The boss can still give out his phone number and extension on business cards etc and still has his own line at the office though.
If anyone has a better way to do this please let me know but I think this may help others out there with similar needs.
