How to forward just the subject of an email to my cell?

Hey, I have a rule set up to forward my boss' emails to my cell. The problem, though, is it send all the header crap and it usually ends up being 2-3 pages of cell phone text just to read 4 words in the email. What a pain in the a..

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out a way to just filter the subject out of the email and have that forwarded to my cell. Or, I guess, turn off all the header garbage that gets sent...

Any ideas?
