Posting the same question in another thread isn't going to change the answer with the lack of detail provided about the system, type of lines, incoming call routes, etc....
My response in the last thread:
"@GanGula Use mobile twinning on the extension that is ringing on inbound calls. Make sure in the user settings that you select the checkbox for 'Hunt Group calls eligible for mobile twinning/forwarded calls eligible for mobile twinning'
Also, this would really only work depending on the type of lines you have (Not suitable for POTS/Analogue lines). I have SIP lines and it works well.
There are a few other ways it could be done too but the above was the easiest to explain on the fly."
