How to forward a voice mail message?

I have a Partner Messaging R7 voice mail system with an ACS processor in an athletic club. How do you forward a message from one mail box to another? We can't really use the

http://www.messenger

because not everyone has a computer available to them. Forwarding the message used to just be an option when you listened to your messages. Thanks in advance.

Record your header at the tone
1 at the end of your header
*# to approve your header
Extension Number and # of where to send message
*# when finished addressing
