How to forward a phone to a external number from the Switch?

I need to find out how I can forward a DID form our switch to a external number from our Meridian Option 61C switch? Any help would be great.

CLS needs to be CFXA
Key with CFW 4 needs to be changed to CFW 16. Then user can program the key.

If you are trying to do just a number not a phone use a phantom dcfw to the number you are trying to go to. That way no one can change the number or put 0 in it. More secure. Make sure the phantom has cfxa in the cls and cff in the ftr data.

How do I setup a phantom phone to forward a ext# to a external# what are the exact commands?
