Hi All,

I currently have a linear hunt group setup where the first extension is setup as an MCR on 3 M3904 phones. So it rings on all 3 phones at the same time and can be answered by anyone there.

When they go to lunch they want to be able to forward this extension to someone else's phone. However when they try and forward it, it is ignored.

I believe there is a setting you can change and a way of forwarding the set that has the MARP so that it will follow the forward settings but I dont for the life of me know what they are. Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Phil

You will have to forward the phone where the MARP is.

As far as I'm aware "Call Forward" via the forward key has nothing to do with MARP. If the MCR is a multi appearance on any other key than key 0, then you can't forward it. If it appears on multiple sets then you need to have it appear on one of those sets on key 0. This phone will control the forward via the forward key.
If it is a single appearance in a PBX, then the phone that has this number can forward it no matter what key it appears on.
