how to forward a co line to off prem number IE cell or offsite number 800

cust wants a co line 714 xxx-xxxx to ring on 3 phones plus on ext 10 and at 5pm fwd that line to an off prem site
I dont rememeber if that can be done , i think it cant since its ext 10 and it needs to ring on ext 10 13 14 16
is their a way to fwd that number to a off prem almost like a night button
