how to format asa 5510 hdd (512 MB compact flash)

hello everyone ,

yesterday , while I was working with my asa 5510 , I accidentaly erased asa's hdd (compact flash) . when I connected that hdd into a card reader on PC , a message popped up saying that card needs to be formatted. and that is the problem. after formatting, asa doesn't recognize that card anymore. what am I supposed to do ?

I tryed to format that card to FAT , FAT32 and NTFS system.

when it is formatted to FAT , asa recognizes asa image, but it doesn't recognize asdm image. FAT32 and NTFS doesn't work at all.

You can also try a file system check
fsck disk0:
