Does anyone know how to send emails from one account to another, in exchange 2003?

What I want is that I created an account and there is another account which the user is not with us anymore. I want to delete that account and configure the email of that user in the aliass account of the new user so he can keep getting does emails.

But I whant to send to the new user all the emails that the old users had, how do I do this?

Use exmerge to export all emails to PST.
Confirm you have the emails in that PST.
Delete the old account.
Go to the new account in Exchange.
Add SMTP address of the old account to the new person as an additional account.
In their Outlook, open the PST created in exmerge.

The old account was configured as an exchange account so what I have to do is configure again that account and configure it as POP3 account so I can download all the emails ina PST. Then in the new account import does mails?

So I can download all the emails to a pst file.

No, exmerge the account to PST.
POP3 is an antiquated mail protocol and won't do anything other than download the contents of the Inbox and physically remove them from the mailbox.
