How to Force using a Local Profile

On NT4 SP4 when a user is using a Roaming profile I would like to stop the roaming profile being used on particular machines (namely servers). In fact I would like no roaming profiles to be used on the servers. I would like this to happen whether or not there is already a local profile on the server for a particular user.

I have tried setiing the SlowLinkDetectEnable on and setting the SlowLinkTimeOut to 1 millisecond to make it always think there is a slow link and not use a roaming profile but this does not work. A roaming profile is still loaded.

Has anyone any ideas please ?
