Login to the VM using Putty U:support P:voice
Select option 3: Control
Select Option 1: Stop Messaging system software
once stopped right click the banner and select duplicate session.
Use the credentials above
Select Option 2: Maintenance
Select Option 3: Command prompt
Enter cd /root press Enter
Enter sudo ./start_local Press Enter
about a paragraph of information will display after the UM8000 reads licensing from the SV8300/SV9300. This is the licensing that has been applied to the UM8000 from the SV8300/SV9300
Go back to the Control Putty Session and select option 1 to start voice messaging software.
Once the VM is back up you should see your licensing in the Admin Console under System>Licensing.
