How to FORCE full screen video???

Please help a newbie with director?

We've developed numerous video programs with director and burned them to CDROM. In all cases the program auto starts and the video plays full screen.

Today at a client location we inserted one of these CDROM's into an IBM laptop and it played in small screen. What ever we tried on that system we could NOT get the image to enlarge to full screen. We are stumped!

Is there anything we can do within the Director program to perhaps override the current settings on the playing PC system to force full screen playback?

Any suggestions GREATLY appreciated.

Fullscreen playback is controlled via a tickbox in the option panel when you set up the Projector file. Maybe it was unchecked accidentally? Slainte
