My desire is to force Business Policy Switch 2000 to see only desired MAC on the certain port. (I do not want to see all the crowd that are phisically on this port).

If I go to window in console where "MAC" - "port" table is given and make an entry, will it mean that mentioned port will see ONLY mentioned MAC?

Where is the place to say: "hey, on port 12 you can talk only to listed MACs" and where is the place to list these MACs?

Thanks.

Hi
You shuold create vlan by mac-address ( I dont remember if u can apply it on BPS2k )

Thanks a lot for reply!
Actually, I succeeded to do this in the following way:
1)"MAC address security" -> Enabled
2)"MAC address security"/"Port Configuration",
port 8 (my desired port) -> Security Enabled
3)"MAC address security"/"Security Table",
new entry:
xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx (my desired MAC); allowed source - port 8 (my desired port)

After this, stack allows only this desired mac on port 8.

I made screenshots of stack's http console screens while doing it, and I can send this comics to anyone who needs this.
