How to force an update on Info Store??

I have a couple users that are receiving warnings about the size of their mailbox. They have gone through and cleaned out old messages, but Exchange does not show the updated info. Which measn they are still getting the warnings.

Is it possible to force Exch to update the Info Store?

Assuming they empty out the trashbin, it will update the change once the amount of Retention time passes. If you want immediate change, use TOOLS/Clean Mailbox, under Action, select Delete ithems immediately. Make sure you select the choices carefully.

Make sure they didn't just move items to the deleted items folder. If they did, select the 'Empty deleted items folder' from the tools menu in Outlook. It's not necessary to use the Clean Mailbox utility.
