How to follow the execution of a transaction on MTS or DTC

Hi every body
I have two questions
the first one :
What is exactly the difference between MTS and DTC (in Windows Server 2003 envirnment) ?

The second and urgent question is:

I am asking if there is a graphical interface to monitor or to parameter the execution of a transaction on DTC or MTS?
