How to fix width column in subsheet ?

I have a subform/sheet giving persons/emails linked to
company.
I tried to fix column width with <- and -> but having
down that and savinf I stillget some "default" widths.
fieldwidth email is 75, but I get only a small column
displaying however only leftpart of emailaddress.
Where can I fix that width??

right click the column of the subform and set the column width there.
