I tried the below KB from MS but it still logs eventid 5719

In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey, and then click it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon
In the details pane, double-click DependOnService.
In the Value data box, type TermService on a new line, and then click OK.
Close Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.

Event Type: Error
Error Descritpion:
Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5719
Date: 8/18/2009
Time: 11:14:39 AM
User: N/A
Computer: PC
Description:
This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain -AD due to the following:
The remote procedure call was cancelled.
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.

I have seen this occur on a few occasions, check the following;

- A failed GPO being applied
- Issues with your NIC (check to ensure that you don't have any power saving options enabled), switch port, etc
- Is your DC behind a fw

There is no failed GPO

NIC drivers are current with no issue.

DC is behind FW.

Server logs event id 5719 but no issue logging into server. Just want to get rid of error from event log.
