How To Fix a "Connection To Broadcast Server" Error with Touchstar Predictive Dialer

I have an error at work in a busy call center that I'm trying to solve... When a Touchstar predictive dialer client computer in the call center is trying to connect to the Touchstar dialer server on the client computer it comes up with the "Connection To the Broadcast Server Failed" with a little box that comes up showing an IP address which appears to be the IP address of the server and some other settings... how can I make it so that it connects to the broadcast server since all the other computers are able to connect to the Broadcast Server?
