I have a cross-tab that spreads to 2 pages. Is there anyway I can make it fit in one page only?
Thnx.

You could adjust the printer setup, File > Printer Setup and select Landscape, or maybe pretend the paper is bigger than it actually is.

Other options are to use groups to lump several categories. Or reverse rows and columns, assuming the rows are less numerous.

Or reduce the font size and column width

It also helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
