I'm a newbie here and here comes my first quiz:
It's easy to locate these kind of info within Avaya CDR, but I wonder how to find these in Cisco's CDR files.
Also, how to determine a call's direction? I mean inbound or outbound. I know this could be performed by the 'Condition Code' within Avaya stuffs, but what about Cisco?
