I have just found bunch of extensions in 3500 in Meridian Mail assigned as 2nd extension for some mail boxes. These extensions are listed as ACDs in PBX and all forwarded to Meridian Mail. I found it's challenging in find some of their Primary Extensions.

Could someone please help?

Are they listed as ACD's on the keys of the sets?
What happens when you dial those extensions, and what is the recording you hear? Does it have anything to do with the primary key? Does it pertain to the business?
I'll almost bet it they are ACD keys, they are important.
If not, get rid of them.
