How to find out who deleted published application?

Hello,

Is there any way to find out which user deleted/altered a published application in MetaFrame XP? Are there any log files that would tell you this. Does it write to the event logs?

in presentation server 4.0 and 4.5 there is a config loging database which you could run a report but for metaframe XP i think thats going to be impossible..

you could check the database logs / SQL logs? but is it really worth it?

what point investing the time to chase down someone who made a mistake, when you can put the time into ensuring it doesnt happen again, removing rights, implemeting change control and policies etc...
