Hello All,
How to find out which DC Outlook 2003/2007 is using?
I'm looking online cant seem to find something definitive.
Thanks in advance

If you go into your email account settings, select the profile you have there and click on CHANGE or EDIT. You should see the DC listed under SERVER on the first page of the wizard. Hope this helps.

That's the email server, not the DC.

If you drop to a cmd prompt on the workstation and type "echo %logonserver%", you see which server you authenticated with.

If you have Outlook open, hold CTRL and right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray, and choose "Connection Status" to see what servers you're connecting to. Keep in mind that if you're in an environment that has Exchange, then the Exchange server has a connection to a DC, not really the Outlook client.
