How to find out what DID is assigned to a TN?

I know the DN & the TN, how can I find out what DID is assigned to it. We have a fax that uses that jack but do not know the ph#. Need to give the ph# to our clients so they may fax to it.

If I'm understanding you question correctly, Let's say your DN is 7173 and your main number to your center is 853-7000. Your DID for that fax would be 853-7173.
