How to find out the number that is pointing to a Path

We have a Path that points to a Skill Group. How can I find out the initial number that is pointing to that Path.

First place I would look is in the Speed Calls.
 
if you know the indial call it and watch ccs trace

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
I have already looked in System Speed Calls and did not find it there. Checked Call Rerouting and found the path, but it does not say what number is pointing to the Path
 
What number is using the Call Rerouting assignment?

Would it be possible for you to have a DID going directly to your path?

If you have auto attendants sets up it might be worth it to look at those and see if any transfer to the path.


 
Here is what I see in call rerouting -

5440 is the Path..I need to know what the actual number that points to this Path.

There is no Auto Attendant set up for this Path.
Call rings into the path then goes to the skill group and rings to the agents.
I don't know what number the customer is calling to reach that path.
Usually we have 1800's points to a DNIS on our phone system and the DNIS is pointed to a path but I did not see anything pointing to 5440
 
In you call rerouting always form do you have a termination point of 5440

If so, what number is using that rerouting?

Might want to try searching your SMDR records for a hit on the path DN, that should help you track it down.

Is you software version MCD 7.0 or higher?

All along we've been assuming you have digital trunks - please confirm

In your trunk attribute table for the PRI, how many digits are absorbed and are any being inserted?

If MCD 7.0 or higher, in the trunk attributes, is the Direct Inward Dialling Table enabled?

So,

Based on that response I would bet that the digits received are the same as the path

Perhaps its like this

incoming call to path1

path1 interflowed to path 2 ( 5440

might have to check other paths for interflow destinations

or perhaps its a number with a forward follow me on it

Look at SMDR. If you have SMDR Options set right, you should be able to see the calls that are sent to the path, including what digits the caller dialed.
