how to find out in vb whether paint brush or imaging are installed. I want to take certain actions in my application after finding out what products are installed.

your response will be appreciated.

You could search the registry for them.
For example in:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\....
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\...

But I'm not sure you can depend on that.

Remedy.
