With the new Windows XP there are more and more people who don't have Java on their PC. Is there a way to find out if a user has Java on his PC and if so to redirect him to a Java enabled page and if not to a non-Java-enabled page?

check this page out it checks to see if java is enebled on the pc then does a redirect to a java enabled page. If java is not enabled then no redirect, has instructions on how to enable java or get java on the page.
