how to find liscense's on meridian mail

hello how do I find the total
amount of liscenses and total amount used

MerMail license is base on storage hours not per mailbox like CallPilot.

However, all you license info in in the "tools" login

either that or log into the nortel site where you download keycodes, and put in your site ID. It will tell you everything your site is authorized with.

If you just want to find out the main parameters, then login in using "tools" as the ID on Mail 13 or the password on Mail 12 (or older). Enter in the password (Admin password for Mail 12 or older). Select the system configuration record for the full details.
