Is it possible to find the IP address of remote workstation with the static MAC over the internet? The remote workstation will have dynamic IP address everytime a user connect to the internet.

Thanks

simply - no...
Routers hold tables of the IP addresses connected to the internet, and route your messages across the net to get to it's destination...
These systems do not store tables of MAC address.

One option to find the IP address of a remote machine could be to install a program on the remote machine which emailed every change of IP to a preset email address... I'm sure such a program must exist somewhere!

Another is to use a domain name service - and were at the top my google search! (some of the services are even free :) )

Hope this helps! Marc.
