How to find Hidden PopUp Scripts

Hello,
I posted this in the Security section but not sure it was appropriate there.

I have been infected with a hidden popup script from 202.134.182.* that every few hours its activates three or four URL popup ads in IE 6.0.26.

I have tried Ad Ware and no joy. HOw can I find this script and eliminate it.

Can I sue these people?
