hi there, on a w2k3sp1 file server, i got a whole partition (d:\) for user's home directory purpose, as the user home directory was generated by system, i don't know each user's data size, so from d:\ disk quota i got the info about each user's data size

i found one strange entry in which the user account didn't have home directory created on d:\ ..... now how i search which folder/file belong to this strange user? many thx!

p.s. even login as domain administrator, i can't view the contents of user home directory, & i don't want to temporary/permanently hack this security settings

Perform a backup of the folder u dont have access to and restore it to another location and THEN modify the permissions to find out what is in it.
