Can anybody pls tell me how to find the database size in DB2. If I include all the tablespaces, then unused pages also get included.
Thanks in advance

gbag,

does

db2 list tablespaces show detail

give you sufficient information, in terms of number of pages and free pages etc, against each TS. The info I was thinking of are

Total pages = 1000

Useable pages = 1000

Used pages = 1000

Free pages = Not applicable

Cheers
Greg

Thanks Greg.
For migration from 8.1 to 8.2 [stinger] we need to backup the database. Does this size be helpful.
Als, Any idea of how to revert back if the migration fails.
Thanks
