I got error messages that there are error blocks on my disk, we are using the Solaris9 VXVM4,the disk is the boot disk, is there any way to find out which file are using the error block?

I'm not sure, however have you tried doing a format / analyze / read on the disk? Usually that will identify bad blocks and relocate them to another place on the disk.
What kind of hardware? Is it a SCSI disk?
