How to Filter inbound ANI

Hi There: Call Manager 9.1 and Unity 10
I'm a Cisco neophyte, having worked in Avaya-land for many years. Still learning....

I've received a request to filter out a specific phone number. Is there a simple way to do this in Call Manager, or do I have to filter it on our Voice Gateway (Cisco 2821)?
 
I take it you mean block it? You can do it on the gateway on H323 or SIP routers. You can do it on CM though for any of the 3.

Heres how to do it on CM if thats the route you want/need to go:



If you want to do it on the gateway, create call-reject rule, associate to a profile, add the call-reject profile to your incoming dial peer.
