How to fill the empty space ?

I have three column report which expands into 2 pages, but I want reduce to one page by showing the rest of the report on the white space on the right hand side.

Is it possible, if so. How would I do it ?

The only thing I can think of is use columns. It has been years since I did columns, I know there have been some changes depending the version of CR.
